Ever since beberapa minggu kebelakangan ni, saye start jog dekat Kem Askar Rampal..ni je tmpt yang paling dekat dengan rumah ktorg. Geng joging saye selalunya Siti and Ima. Kena datang awal2, selalu dalam pukul 0530 pagi we all dah start jalan to Rampal. Kalau datang lambat sikit je, manusia punye ramai, nak jog pun susahhhh..huhu.

Tapi saye selalu ambik track yang lebih besar kt luar, so lebih kurang 800m lah..Today morning was my best achievement so far..5 PERFECT ROUNDS!
- 800 X 5 = 4000 m = 4 km
- I achieve better endurance
- Better breathing control (after a few weeks jogging, memang saye dapat rase lain..saye dapat jog lame tanpa rase tercungap2, seriously mase first time few weeks back, saye jog even 1 round pun dah mcm nk pengsan je!! Now no more!)
- Better strength
Next week i'll try for 6 rounds, hopefully dapat..every week kene naik pelan2 for increasing endurance. Our heart will work and pump blood better. My goal is to have better stamina, exercising my heart muscles hence dapat slower pulse (macam athlete..most athlete punye pulse are very slow kdg2 smp as low as 50 beats per minute, see how strong their heart muscles are!) ^^
Ps : Cek jog tiap2 mggu bukan nak kurus naa, sebab cek dah cukup2 makan. nak maintain je, hehe
